"Refund was quick, no hassle at all"
I had to ask for a refund after ordering the wrong item by mistake. I thought it was going to take ages, but, actually, no, Chemist Direct got it sorted quickly and kept me updated by email the whole time. The money was back in my account within a few days. Really straightforward process and no drama at all. Thanks!

I just ordered my usual stuff and it came out cheaper than what I normally pay at the local chemist. Delivery was fine and all that, no issues really. Happy with the value for this kind of thing.

I ordered from Chemist Direct and got the tracking email not long after it was sent out. It was simple to follow and updated at each step, so I had a clear idea of when the parcel was coming.
The parcel did arrive on the day it said it would, which was good, and I didn’t have to chase anything up. Still, there was a bit of confusion early on with the dispatch timing, so I was expecting at least a quick apology or acknowledgement. Overall though, the tracking itself was easy and accurate.

Had a small issue with my order my first thought was, “here we go, this is going to be a pain.” I messaged customer service anyway, and they got back to me quickly with a clear explanation that actually made sense.
The person helping me was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them, which I appreciated right away. It was sorted without any fuss, and my snap judgment totally changed. Really happy with the support and I’d use Chemist Direct again

I ordered a few vitamins and, to be fair, everything showed up in good shape. Nothing was damaged and the delivery was normal, so no complaints there from me.
The only thing that bothered me was that one bottle only had about 5 months left before it expired, which felt a bit short for the size I bought. I can still use it, so it’s not a huge issue, but I personally would’ve preferred fresher stock. I might order again, but I’d definitely check the dates right away next time.

The discount codes I used actually worked without any hassle, which was a nice change from some other sites. I saved a decent amount on vitamins and a few everyday items.
Delivery was fine too. Nothing over the top, but everything arrived as expected. I’ll probably keep checking them first when I need pharmacy stuff online.

I ordered my prescription through chemistdirect.com.au it was all simple. I just uploaded the script, filled in the details, and got updates along the way, so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening, which is what you want, isn’t it?
The delivery came quicker than I thought it would, and everything was packed properly when it arrived. It definitely felt easier than making a trip into the chemist, so yeah, I’d use it again.

I mostly use chemistdirect.com.au for repeat orders, and to be fair, it does save me from having to search for the same things over and over again. So yes, that part is genuinely handy, which is always a nice surprise.
That said, the site can be a bit slow sometimes, and my previous order items don’t always show up the way I’d expect. Prices also seem to change, so I still end up checking everything anyway, because apparently “repeat order” doesn’t always mean stress-free.
Overall, it’s fine. Not amazing, not terrible, just useful enough that I’ll probably keep using it for now. I’d love it to be smoother, but I guess we can’t have everything.

I’d been trying to find a few pharmacy bits that seemed to be out of stock everywhere, and, surprisingly, Chemist Direct had all of them available. The ordering process was straightforward, too, so I didn’t have to keep jumping between different sites. Overall, I’m happy with how it went, and I’d use them again.
